This program will focus on mental health intake, competency, and negotiations. The CLE is set up as for hands on small group discussions and case resolutions options and tactics. Class presentations will be followed by group application and discussion. Focus on thinking outside the box and options available. This is targeted for attorneys who are new to the competency realm, but offers info for even the veteran attorney. Feel free to bring your own case for 1:1 discussion with our experts on site.
